Osteopathy aims to improve health across all body systems by physical manipulation. The objective is to increase mobility, relieve muscle tension, enhance blood supply to tissues and help the body to heal properly.
Its philosophy considers that if the body is balanced, it is continuously healing itself. When pulled out of balance by various stressors (fatigue, stress, poor nutrition, trauma…), injury or disease may manifest. The Osteopath assists the body into a balanced state where healing can once again be optimised.

Workout and exercises are a subcategory of physical activity that is planned, structured and repetitive. It aims to improve or maintain one or more components of physical qualities (strength, endurance, coordination, speed and flexibility) and overall health and wellness.
It’s important to pay attention to biomechanics – good movement – and finding the right balance between pushing yourself and not crossing the line. Going ‘full gas’ isn’t always the way to achieve results. Even doing a small amount of exercise is healthier than doing none or too much.
Workout programs aim on restructuring lifestyle while helping to provide the necessary amount of appropriate exercises with the motivation you need for your success. Training can also be used to promote toning or building of muscles, recovery from Injuries or improve specific skills for athletes.
Training is suitable for any age and level, perfect for someone looking for an all-around healthier lifestyle.
